Happy Christmas!
This Christmas actually went a lot better than I was expecting it to. Normally I dread the holiday season, mostly because of the amount of “people” time it involves. All the people and their staring, and expecting grand faces and marveling over the $2.00 toys. Oh the joy.
However, this year wasn’t as bad as previous years. I enjoyed the time with my family, even the extended family. We all sat around poking fun at one another with very harsh (yet true) jokes about each other. We’re a kind group, and nothing is sacred when it comes to making fun.
Presents were about what I expected, I got lots of piddley stuff like calendars and pens? Who knows why, because I can always use another pen or calendar I guess. However, my favourite present was probably getting the same wallet from the same aunt as I did last year. Nothing beats getting the same gift again.
I amm glad it went smoothly this year though. It almost makes me look forward to Christmas next year. Who knows, we’ll see…
I’m glad you had a good Christmas, despite the goofy double gifts.
It’s always nice when every thing DOES go smoothly and there aren’t any arguemnts over the jello or pie.
indeed. especially because there was no jello, and definately no pie.
what’s christmas without jello and pie?
i got jumper cables from the same grandparents 2 years in a row. because its important to have more than one pair of jumper cables.
indeed. much like it is important to replace the unused wallet. now i have one for each pocket. maybe i can start a new trend.
maybe they know you’re a pig and prone to misplacing things?
This goes for both of you!

I got clothes. Why? Because my family knows I am scared of people who would accept a job selling them.
blast. i blame dan.
i got some clothes too, two shirts. from my sisters. they know i won’t buy it for myself for the same reason.
people are scary.
