All around me are familiar faces, worn out places. Bright and early for the daily races, going no where. Their tears are filling up their glasses, no expression. I hide my head, I want to drown my sorrow, no tomorrow.
And I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad, that dreams in which I’m dying are the best I’ve ever had. I find it hard to tell you. I find it hard to take. When people run in circles it’s a very, very mad world.
Children waiting for the day they feel good, Happy birthday. And I feel the way that every child should, sit and listen. Went to school and I was very nervous, no one knew me. Hello teacher tell me what’s my lesson, look right through me.
And I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad, that dreams in which I’m dying are the best I’ve ever had. I find it hard to tell you, I find it hard to take, when people run in circles its a very, very mad world.
Enlarging your world, mad world.

Welcome to the early 80’s with Tears For Fears. Later to be covered by Gary Jules for one of my favourite movies, Donnie Darko. This song was also covered by other bands such as: Alex Parks, The Snowdrops, Michael Andrews, and a particularly modern rock version by Evergreen Terrace.
Everyone should see Donnie Darko, it is a strangely amusing movie looking at such topics as: God, destiny, time-travel, and mystical six foot talking bunnies. I mean, how cool is that? A six-foot talking bunny. Talk about your Frank Harvey!
A seven foot bunny is far superior to your six foot one. Of course, you really don’t need all that size. A one with three pointy teeth is more than a match for a number of trained knights.

Who. The. Fuck?
Evergreen Terrace is probably the only one worth bothering. I was just stating that it’s been covered a few times.
Frank. *SCREAMS*
I was just thinking about the movie and the song, today. It gives me chills when he says, “I feel the way that every child should, sit and listen.”
