Sim City

As if I didn’t waste enough of my time doing absolutely nothing, I went and picked up SimCity 4 the other day. I’m not really sure what drove me to bother, it’s an older game by a few years now, but I had been thinking about how much fun the original SimCity was, and even SimCity 2000, both of which I owned many a years ago.
So anyway, I’ve been playing SimCity 4 (Deluxe Edition none the less, with the Rush Hour expansion pack). Granted, after playing the game… the Rush Hour expansion isn’t really all that great of an expansion pack, but I guess that’s what should be expected form Expansion Packs, let downs. It kind of reminds me of BF2 and how much a let down their expansion pack was. It wasn’t even an expansion pack, which is what bothered me about it. It was a mod. Come’on, if you’re going to make it a mod to the game, sell it as a mod. Don’t sell it to me as an “expansion” then. Geez.
Anyway, the game by itself is cool, the expansion does give you some neat new buildings and types of roads though. So I guess it’s worth it just for that? I’m so sadly amused by this game, it’s kind of funny. I can see how you can lose just hours to it too. The first night I played it I was sitting upstairs in the computer room, started playing at around 8pm then suddenly it was midnight. Where four hours went, I have no idea! It’s like I’m playing the Sims, just it feels less gay.
Sims2.. gay? I resent that, my friend.

i know wut ya mean, i spend countless hours playin this game. A good site u should go to is http://www.simtropolis.com they got a bunch of modds and cool buildings and stuff there.
