Landscaping 101

After my delay last week of going to Minneapolis, we finally have some spare time this weekend to work on some house-projects. The weather was great this evening, so we decided to get started on some of the landscaping around the exterior of the house. Plus, it gives us a reason to get the 10 tons of rock sitting in the driveway out of the way!
We actually made quite a bit more progress than I was expecting for the first day. We completed the full south-side of the house with edging and rock. All-in-all we probably used up a solid 2-tons of the 10-tons of rock. It made a noticeable impact, but there is still a LOT of rock left.
