With my Windows Home Server completed, I had some spare time over the holiday weekend to relax. I spent about half my weekend toying around with the completed server (yes, I am a huge nerd), and the rest I spent either doing nothing, or playing World of Warcraft (repeat: huge nerd).

In the end, I accomplished next to nothing productive after Saturday morning. The weekend reminded me of Peter Gibbons in Office Space (1999), “I did absolutely nothing, and it was everything that I thought it could be.”

Update: Completely unrelated, it looks like I received a post from an actual Microsoft employee on my most recent WHS blog post! I responded, and found out that he was sent the link to my blog post from a Senior Member of the WHS team! How cool is that?

Yay for Microsoft recognition. That’s pretty cool actually. Also, I’m glad you had fun doing nothing.
