Yesterday at work Justin showed me an interesting little on-line flash game, Fantastic Contraption.

The game is quite interesting, you have an object, and you have to get into a certain goal location using a few basic tools. Quite often you end up creating pully-based systems, catapults, and other basic mechanical structures to solve the problem.

I have to admit though, the game can be quite annoying in that it was very addictive to me. Thankfully I have completed all 21 free levels, and feel satisfied with that. I may have to sneak a round in here or there though to create a couple more elegant solutions, as some of mine were not always so graceful on the first try.

Coincidentally, today’s XKCD comic fits in PERFECT with this post.
