The semester has been going by fast. It is already mid-term time. I have to admit, I absolutely hate my Systems Analysis and Design (SAD) mid-term. It is nearly 100% writing use-cases and diagramming it.
It didn’t help, that I found out on Friday that when doing use-cases, the instructor did not want us to be using the book he supplied. Instead, he wants us to use another resource. Why would you require a book that you disagree with the way they do one of the fundamental things you are teaching?
I do not know.
In any case, I’ve spent nearly the whole day trying to re-read everything that has been posted and get a better understanding of what is asked of us. I hate being pessimistic on this, but all I have come up with is that we are being knit-picked at. We were chewed out for using a template that was aligned slightly different than he wanted. Really? Is it that important?
I don’t know… but hey, it’s nice to vent.
