LOST: Season 5 Party
Filed Under Entertainment, Events, Friends, Television
The Rausch Family is holding a weekend Lost party for Season 5. The party started this evening at 8:30pm (although we showed up a bit early at 8pm and chit-chatted).
Prior to the Lost party starting, the nerd part of me saw that Miles had a Drobo, which started a 10 - 15 minute nerdgasm conversation about it’s features. The Drobo is a neat little device, but I still like my home-built WHS.
Holli went all out and decorated everything with Dharma logo’s, even the refrigerator drawers for the types of soda!
While we were waiting for one of the last attendees to show up, we passed the time with one of the daily Sporcle quizes that I had noticed earlier in the day, “Can you name the Episodes of Lost?” I think Miles & Holli pretty much were the dominating force in the naming of the episodes, as I only knew the name of maybe 4 - 5 episodes in total.
The rest of the evening was very straight forward. We watched episodes of Lost.
Unfortunately, the Lost party starts up again early tomorrow morning. So, anyone that knows me knows I need my weekend sleep-in time, else I get cranky. Plus, Sonja already had Saturday noon plans, so we won’t get to finish the Lost party, however we did get a great start into the Season.
Now we definately need to finish Season 5. It’s going to be a long weekend.

We’re sorry that the LOST train had to keep chugging without you guys, but it was great you guys could stop by. The nice thing is, the rest of season five can get knocked out in a day. You could spend every weekend of the summer re-watching LOST season five. Isn’t that exciting??
Can you imagine we did this for season one last year with almost twice the number of episodes? It just seems ridiculous. I’m fricka tired. But the show is worth it.
I think the reason Miles and I knew a lot of the episodes is because we just rewatched seasons 1-4 in April and we read the titles of each episode before playing them, so we’d seen them all recently. Should have done better, haha!
Well, we made it through Episode 11 today. If all goes well, we should be able to finish the rest of the season Sunday afternoon.
You forgot to mention she also labeled the toilet!
