BLARGH!

2008/07/30

So yeah… I haven’t posted much.  Last weekend was the first weekend in two months I had at home, I went hiking and caught up on things around here.  Now I’m finishing my last week of the most busyworked class I’ve probably ever had.  Hope to post more once this is over.  Back to writing a paper, making a powerpoint for the paper, and then adding voice to the powerpoing =/

Once back I’m hoping to give http://projecteuler.net/ a bit of time every now and then.  Could be a fun way to keep up on everything I’ve forgotten since college.

Also congrats to Moogle on the new job.

Neat open source stuff v. ssl vpn

2008/07/15

I’m currently learning the implementation/configuration details of a quite nice proprietary SSL VPN appliance.  In training, a fellow student pointed me towards this for a fun project to play around with.

I obviously haven’t gotten to try the software out yet but I definitely immediately thought of Ohrtman and Mike as potential users for some reason.

Surviving as one of the fittest… with beer

If nothing else this article is one of the most humorous things I’ve read in awhile.  Maybe not quite on the same level as the ridiculous TSA rules… but close.

nomnomnom

Seriously, I think this is my favorite phrase to say since ‘lolwut’.  There may be more on this post later, but even if there isn’t I think it is worth me mentioning.
